Commissions

I create bespoke pet and wildlife portraits using high quality pastels, pastel pencils, and archival papers—carefully transforming your favourite photographs into timeless, hand-crafted works of art.

Each portrait is thoughtfully drawn from your chosen image, or a combination of photographs, with close attention to every detail. My aim is not only to capture a true likeness, but the unique personality, character, and spirit that make your animal so special. Throughout the process, I share progress photos and videos, allowing you to feel part of the journey as your portrait comes to life.

Portraits are available in a range of sizes and make deeply meaningful gifts, treasured keepsakes, or gentle and heartfelt memorial pieces.

My pricing reflects both the high-quality materials I use and the many hours of careful work that go into creating each piece, ensuring you receive a portrait that is made to last and truly worthy of your animal.

All artwork is professionally mounted, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, and carefully packaged for safe worldwide delivery, arriving ready for you to frame and cherish.

You can find more information about the process in the sections below.

  • Begin by selecting your chosen size and number of subjects for the portrait. Once you have this in mind, get in touch via email or one of my socials. I can advise on sizing if you are unsure.

  • You can send your chosen photograph or selection of photographs to bryonypollock@gmail.com. The clearer the photographs the easier it will be for me to recreate your pet however I understand that high quality photographs are not always possible for older memorial pieces and have experience in working from these images as well. Get in touch and we can discuss what can be achieved.

  • As a working artist, social media plays a role in the work that I do. As such, I will be producing short progress videos and photographs throughout the process of creating your special artwork. These videos and images will be shared with you via email, as my client, throughout the process and also posted on social media. A delayed social media and website publication can be requested if your commission is being arranged as a gift or special surprise so that there is no chance of an accidental early reveal.

  • A digital copy of your final artwork will be shared with you via email for final approval and final payment. Once this is processed, your piece will be professionally mounted and wrapped and shipped directly to your home.

  • A deposit of 50% is required with every order before work can begin. The final balance is due upon approval of digital proof of the completed work. Bank transfer is preferred and invoices and receipts for these payments will be suppled.
